We are looking for an experienced
GCP Architect
with a strong background in
Python development
and
ETL processes
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based data solutions while driving custom architectures and automation initiatives across large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions on
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    .
  • Develop and optimize
    ETL pipelines
    for large-scale data processing.
  • Leverage
    Python
    to build automation scripts, data transformation workflows, and custom integrations.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to project teams.
  • Evaluate existing data systems and propose improvements for performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Drive custom solution design aligned with business and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in GCP architecture.
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    ETL tools
    and data pipeline orchestration (e.g., Dataflow, Cloud Composer, or similar).
  • In-depth knowledge of
    GCP services
    such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, DataProc, Cloud Functions, etc.
  • Experience with
    data modeling
    ,
    data warehousing
    , and
    performance tuning
    .
  • Ability to lead solution design discussions and deliver technical documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with
    Terraform
    or
    Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
    .
  • Exposure to
    machine learning pipelines
    or
    AI-driven data solutions
    on GCP.
  • GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification.
