Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Inventory/Process Control Analyst
to support daily inventory operations, manage exception inventory, and drive continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will serve as an SME for
Oracle EBS R12 Inventory Management
, leveraging strong analytical and operational expertise to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimized material flow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve
    exception inventory
    issues to maintain accuracy and minimize aged/idle stock.
  • Lead day-to-day inventory control activities including cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Act as a
    Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS R12 Inventory Management
    , ensuring system accuracy and supporting users.
  • Review and optimize inventory-related processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance operational performance.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Planning, and Finance teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and improve data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain inventory KPIs, dashboards, and periodic reporting.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements for inventory and materials management.
  • Identify root causes of inventory issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on system enhancements and process standardization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in
    Inventory Control, Materials Management, or Process Control
    .
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of
    Oracle EBS R12 Inventory Management
    (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain workflows, warehouse operations, and inventory best practices.
  • Proven experience in exception inventory resolution and cycle count programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
