Cricket Wireless is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative (PINES) to join our dynamic retail team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who excel in customer service and sales within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to help meet sales goals. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or grocery store environments is a plus. The position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management in a supportive team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their wireless needs using excellent phone etiquette
  • Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of Cricket Wireless services and devices
  • Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, accessories, and devices based on their needs
  • Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is inviting
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to educate customers about product features and promotions
  • Supervise or assist in supervising team members as needed, fostering a collaborative environment

Skills

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers
  • Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments preferred
  • Strong POS skills with experience handling cash transactions accurately
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences
  • Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism
  • Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles for inventory management
  • Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership qualities are valued
  • Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions and retail calculations
  • Effective communication skills to engage customers and team members alike
  • Familiarity with product demos, sales techniques, and upselling strategies
