Position Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented and dynamic individual with a passion for brand representation and customer service? We are looking for a Business Development Manager that is goning to be the public face of Lyons Restores in St. Louis, this person represents the company with both professionalism and enthusiasm and will be responsible for increasing the company's visibility and expanding its network within the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Oversight:
- Proactively engage in cold calling to connect with potential clients and business partners.
- Attend social functions and community events to expand the company's network and build meaningful relationships.
- Serve as the company's ambassador at various events, ensuring a positive image and reputation for Lyons Restores by Arrow.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships within the sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls.
- Increase brand awareness by taking part in marketing events, including professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes.
- Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activities and opportunities.
- Provide management with regular revenue updates and reports related to the assigned sales territory.
- Increase sales territory revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding established sales goals.
Professional Background:
● Experience: 5+ years in commercial operations.
● Previous Roles: Customer Service Manager, Brand Coordinator, Sales Associate.
● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with restorations.

● Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
● Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address customer inquiries and complaints with effective solutions.
● Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
● Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring quality standards and operational excellence.
● Sales Acumen: Proven commercial skills to effectively promote and sell services.
● Social Media Savvy: Basic knowledge of social media platforms and interest in content creation, with experience in developing promotional materials.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, including strong phone etiquette, effective in-person interactions, and clear written correspondence.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships within the assigned territory.Strong time management and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and comfortable using social media platforms.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized in managing daily tasks and responsibilities.
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
