Los Angeles, California, United States Disqo Full time

DISQO's mission is to build the world's most trusted ad measurement platform that fuels brand growth. The world's largest brands, agencies, and media companies trust DISQO for expert insight and AI-driven intelligence about their advertising performance across all platforms. We capture people's sentiments and journeys, connecting them with the brands they value and the media they consume. With this identity-based approach, brands gain more accurate and authentic insight so they can create more meaningful interactions.

When you join DISQO Nation, you join a community that values trust, transparency and innovation. We invest in our employees and apply a bottom-up management approach, rooted in the concept of servant leadership. We approach each day eager to learn, grow, and make a lasting impact. Best of all, we have fun while doing it

DISQO is seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and innovation. As we transform how brands measure, understand, and optimize advertising performance, this role will redefine what it means to lead in a new era of intelligence-driven creativity. We're looking for a senior marketing leader who blends creativity with precision—someone who can connect AI-powered marketing with brand storytelling and measurable business impact across the adtech and martech ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a curious, forward-thinking leader, energized by the possibilities of AI as a transformative force for insight, agility, and performance. You'll craft agentic strategies that fuse human creativity with AI tools, harnessing data and intelligent automation to elevate storytelling, and scale growth. This is not a traditional marketing role—it's an opportunity to change the perspective of how marketing drives brand equity, customer engagement, and organizational transformation. You will inspire teams through vision, cross-functional partnerships, collaboration and strategic influence—leading the evolution of a future-ready marketing organization that is bold, adaptive, and unafraid to explore what's next.

The Head of Marketing will partner closely with the CEO and broader leadership team to build an integrated go-to-market engine that drives brand building and pipeline. This leader will own DISQO's brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, content, events and customer engagement strategy; the ideal candidate is deeply curious about AI tools, has deep roots in adtech or martech, thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments, and brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to leadership — blending innovative thinking with operational excellence. Experience in startups and technology-driven organizations is essential, with a proven ability to lead people, build agile processes, and deliver impactful results in dynamic, rapidly evolving markets.

What you'll do:
    • Own the growth agenda. Drive measurable revenue impact through full-funnel marketing programs that create awareness, accelerate demand, and expand customer lifetime value.
  • Align with company GTM strategy. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Success teams around customer experience, shared metrics (pipeline, conversion and win rates, bookings, NRR), and category leadership goals.
  • Drive performance-led, revenue-focused marketing—building compelling narratives that translate directly into pipeline impact, and using data and analytics to demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead the integration of AI tools into marketing operations — optimizing audience targeting, campaign performance, and content personalization.
  • Build compelling narratives that translate directly into pipeline, with a focus on performance analytics and measurable revenue impact.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Product to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans that differentiate DISQO in the advertising measurement and insights space.
  • Oversee demand generation, product marketing, communications, and brand initiatives to deliver cohesive, high-impact storytelling.
  • Guide DISQO's thought leadership in advertising effectiveness measurement, and AI innovation across industry forums and media.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team that thrives on curiosity, creativity, agility, and collaboration.
  • Operate cross-functionally: Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning, product-market fit, category leadership, and long-term growth priorities
What you bring to the role:
    • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years leading a marketing team in adtech, martech, or SaaS environments.
  • Proven success scaling marketing functions to drive pipeline and ARR growth, as well as brand differentiation, in startup to mid-sized tech organizations...balancing strategic vision with tactical and execution
  • Experience driving AI-enabled marketing transformation, with hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling AI tools, workflows, and analytics across a marketing organization.
  • Expertise in brand development, demand generation, digital marketing, and go-to-market execution in complex B2B ecosystems.
  • Exceptional analytical, creative, and communication skills, with a track record of translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience building a culture of problem solving, and hands-on engagement—encouraging teams to roll up their sleeves, get close to customers and the product, and deeply understand their challenges to market more effectively to their needs.
  • Go-to-market expertise demonstrated through successful enterprise-led sales, product-led self-serve motions, and/or partner-led growth with agencies and platforms.
  • A passion for technology, data, and storytelling that inspires both customers and teams.
  • A values-driven leadership style that thrives in startup culture — embracing transparency, collaboration, speed, and a bias toward action while fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous learning.
