Overview

Absolute Sales Development (a certified Sandler Training center) is hiring a Sales Coach in Training, a results-driven salesperson who's ready to grow from closing deals to coaching others to do the same.

This is not a cold-calling grind or a dead-end SDR role.

It's a career path, designed to help you grow from Sales Development to Selling Coach to Performance Edge Coach, with each step increasing your income, responsibility, and impact.

What You'll Do

Phase 1: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

  • Prospect and book meetings with decision-makers
  • Shadow Selling Coaches and learn from live conversations
  • Apply creative outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Master the Sandler Sales methodology

Phase 2: Selling Coach

  • Lead sales conversations and close new business
  • Coach and train sales professionals to hit their goals
  • Expand client relationships and earn ongoing commissions

Phase 3: Performance Edge Coach

  • Manage client sales teams and help them scale
  • Design and implement sales systems for revenue growth
  • Partner with executives and founders to achieve measurable results

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or account executive experience (required)
  • Strong business acumen and professional communication
  • Driven, organized, and highly coachable
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Fluent English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Executive presence at all times
