The Senior Director, Network Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies. This position manages key client relationships and collaborates cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and a proven ability to lead complex, multi-regional sales operations. This role requires exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to expand market share, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen the company's competitive position.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build retail sales of Mindr products via the Service Center network and other 3rd party partners. Coordinate with Product Owner(s) to ensure consistency and efficacy of approach.

  • Partnering with Product Owner(s) and Finance to identify the approach to wholesale pricing model including volume tiers

  • Partnering with Supply Chain and Operations to identify the inventory and fulfillment model that optimizes the margin for Mindr and the Service Center partner performance

  • Where appropriate identify key Service Center network partners that can test new products, offers or marketing tools for

  • Build a sales team that can maximize sales and margin for Network Sales

  • Produce tangible results in 2026 with line of sight into 2027 scale for Keepr and Keepr Drive (targest identified via budget process)

  • Provide actionable and material feedback to Product Owner(s) to identify valuable and necessary enhancements for product(s)

  • Build and execute a strategy for Fleet and Car Dealer sales penetration for Mindr product(s)

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • 5-10 years proven successful experience in a territory sales role particularly in a retail and/or wholesale environment

  • Demonstrated experience building relationships & business partnerships with automotive distributorships is preferred

  • Experience attending & successfully managing industry trade shows, preferably in a related environment

  • Collaboration across organizational leadership

  • Nimble and creative problem solver

  • Creation of followership

  • Building trust across multiple stakeholders

  • Measure success by that of the collective organization

  • Comfort with risk and reward trade-off
