Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans for patients.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
  • Provide education and counselling to patients and their families regarding health management.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay informed about advancements in medical practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

  • A valid nursing qualification with a focus on advanced practice nursing is essential.
  • Proven experience in patient care, demonstrating strong clinical skills and knowledge of anatomy.
  • Familiarity with medication administration protocols and best practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
