JOB BRIEF
The Graphic Designer will help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities. This position will be critical for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
For this role, you should have a basic understanding of marketing functions and the close relationship between marketing and sales. Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing efforts, communications, public relations, promotional activities at CastleRock Communities and Mercury Luxury Homes to establish market presence and increase revenue and profitability.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for conceptualization and design of online and offline marketing initiatives marketing campaigns to realtors, homeowners, and potential buyers including communities branding, marketing calendar, seasonal campaigns, publications, videos, direct mail, database, email marketing, collateral, signage, billboards, displays, ads (online and offline), enhancing realtors' relations, promotions, events, grand openings, open houses, and web page content.
- Ensure inventory of marketing materials (including but not limited to Marketing Slicks, signage, doormats, flags, maps, and collateral) remains satisfactory and current to meet the Company's needs.
- Managing corporate identity, website content and databases, using advertising to generate traffic and increase sales volume.
- Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website and marketing communications.
- Support strategies to drive traffic and promote a positive company image to website and to communities through PPC/SEM, SEO, social media, display/banner advertising, mobile and video marketing, web content management, email marketing, social media management, web analytics, SEO, web design, managing mailing lists, etc.
- Design and order signs, billboards, community plat maps and vicinities maps as needed.
- Support with product photo shoots on a timely basis in accordance with guidelines for inventory homes and new models.
- Produce and enhance renderings, photos and videos for new and existing plans, and update Marketing Slicks, photo library, website, ads, and social media with new model photography.
· Assist with the design for brochures and templates to showcase interior and exterior design selections and color palettes.
· Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the Virtual Option Portal for buyers by expertly curating and selecting images for current options and programs, auditing their prices, and ensuring their impeccable organization and optimization.
- Assist Sales Consultants with necessary promotional support and self-marketing efforts to maximize traffic and conversion.
- Support Field Team on ordering community signage as needed. Work with vendors on pricing, design and production time.
- Collaborate with internal events, including the Monthly Meetings, Annual Awards Banquet, and Contest Kickoff.
- Support Director of Marketing, collaborates with marketing team members and internal clients as required for the completion of projects, maintaining a positive relationship with various departments to accomplish goals.
Duties may change; associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
KEY TRAITS AND SKILLS
Ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or Graphic Design preferred.
- Background in design, photography, video production, content capture and creation preferred.
- Strong creative and editing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborative, detail oriented, and organized team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to team projects.
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced, frequently changing environment.
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic, meets deadlines and requirements of internal and external customers, responding promptly, thoroughly, and courteously to requests.
SALARY RANGE - $40,000 to $50,000 per yr
