Here's What You'll Be Rockin' Every Day

  • Chatting it up: Handle phone calls, emails, chats, and maybe even the occasional walk-in with grace, patience, and good humor.
  • Bilingual brilliance: Help us serve even more of our community by supporting customers in both English and [Second Language].
  • Solar smarts: Learn all about our solar systems so you can explain the basics like a pro (no engineering degree required—we'll train you).
  • Customer heroics: Solve problems, ease concerns, track down answers, and follow through like the rockstar you are.
  • Order & support wizardry: Help customers place orders, track deliveries, process returns, and get answers to billing or product questions.
  • Tech support lite: Walk customers through simple troubleshooting steps. You don't need to be an IT genius—just calm, clear, and clever.
  • CRM ninja moves: Keep notes and logs of conversations so our whole team stays in the loop.
  • Sneaky sales skills: Spot opportunities to suggest other helpful products or upgrades when it makes sense.
  • Feedback funnel: Pass along customer insights so we can keep leveling up our service.
  • Rule-follower (the good kind): Respect customer privacy and stay on top of the company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Fluent in English and [Second Language]
  • Previous customer service or call center experience? Fantastic. If not, we'll train the right personality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a "let's fix this" attitude
  • Friendly, empathetic, and great at listening
  • Able to stay calm when things get hectic
  • Comfortable learning software tools (CRM experience = bonus points)
  • Willing to work flexible hours if needed (evenings/weekends)
