We're a specialized sales staffing firm that partners with high-growth companies and connects them with top-tier sales talent. Our mission is simple: help our clients build world-class sales teams while providing candidates with life-changing career opportunities. As we scale, we're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to own top-of-funnel growth and be the engine behind our client acquisition strategy.

The Role
As a BDR, you'll be on the front lines of driving new business. You'll identify, research, and engage prospective clients, sparking conversations that lead to long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact role with clear growth opportunity for someone eager to build a career in sales and recruiting.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of decision-makers (CROs, VPs of Sales, Talent Leaders, etc.)
  • Partner with the leadership team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Set qualified meetings and create opportunities
  • Track activity and results in CRM, reporting on progress and insights
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and a solutions-first mindset

What We're Looking For

  • 6 months of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (internships included)
  • Strong communicator who can confidently engage with executives
  • Resilient, competitive, and self-motivated
  • You thrive on hitting and exceeding goals
  • Organized and process-oriented, with attention to detail in outreach and follow-up
  • Bonus: exposure to staffing, recruiting, or SaaS sales
