Non-CDL Delivery Driver

Location: 4201 Creighton Road Richmond VA 23223

Strange's at Creighton Road is seeking a Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery of plants to multiple locations throughout Richmond using a box truck. In the off season, this team member is assisting with warehouse and greenhouse work.

Schedule: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8-5 PM)

Applicants must be able to provide a valid drivers license and have +points driving record.

No CDL required

Experience driving a box truck and standard rated forklift preferred.

  • Maintains cleanliness of delivery vehicle (box truck)
  • Communicates with management on the status of all deliveries
  • Completes routes and deliveries promptly
  • Loads and unloads delivery vehicles in a timely manner
  • Keeps the work space (warehouse) clean and organized
  • Checks delivery vehicle daily to ensure safe transportation
  • Completes daily tasks assigned by management (i.e. pulling plants for delivery orders, etc.)
