We are seeking experienced and dependable Owner Operators with a variety of vehicle types to join our growing logistics network. Enjoy consistent freight, competitive rates, and dedicated support designed to help you scale your independent business.

Vehicles Needed

We are currently onboarding operators with the following equipment:

  • Cargo Van
  • Power Only
  • 53' Dry Vans
  • Reefers
  • Tractors
  • 26ft / 16ft Box Trucks (with tuck-under liftgate)
  • Dry Cabs / Sleeper Cabs
  • Flatbeds and other configurations

Compensation & Payment

  • Per Mile Pay: $1.30 – $1.50
  • Weekly Earnings: $1,800 – $2,200
  • Monthly Potential: $7,500 – $8,000
  • Fast Weekly Pay: Every Friday via direct deposit
  • No load-to-load or advance payouts

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate your truck safely and in compliance with DOT and company policies
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight
  • Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and delivery logs
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols

Requirements

Equipment & Authority:

  • Ownership of a qualified vehicle (Cargo Van, Power Only, Box Truck, Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed)
  • Active DOT and MC Authority

Insurance Coverage:

  • $100,000 Cargo Insurance
  • $2,000,000 General Liability (Aggregate)
  • $1,000,000 Auto Liability (Per Occurrence)
  • $1,000,000 General Liability (Per Occurrence)

Required Documents:

  • W-9 Form (Personal or Company Tax ID)
  • FMCSA Letter of Authorization
  • Company Registration Certificate
  • Valid Driver's License (Front & Back)
  • Professional Driver Photo
  • Voided Check for Direct Deposit
  • Cab Card (Vehicle Registration)
  • CARB Compliance Certificate (CA drivers only)

Additional Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience (CDL A preferred)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Physically able to assist with loading/unloading when necessary
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
