You'll own the P&L and customer experience for core visibility and work directly with some of the world's largest shippers.Location: Chicago preferred. Open to remote with monthly travel to ChicagoWhat You'll be doing:Own product P&L, adoption metrics, and customer outcomesEngage directly with enterprise customers to identify high-value use casesDrive go-to-market strategy with sales and customer success teamsShape the long-term vision for FourKites' flagship over-the-road product lineTechnical Product DevelopmentPersonally mine and analyze data using Pendo, SQL/Python to gain usage insights and validate hypothesesBuild proof-of-concepts and prototypes using modern AI tools to demonstrate valueDefine data models and analytics requirements for engineering teamsRun A/B tests and analyze product usage patternsCollaborate with data scientists on ML model requirementsSuccess Metrics (Year 1)Achieve >90% customer retention for core visibility products Achieve 80%+ on new features releasedWho you are:Must-HavesAt least 5+ years of Product Management experience in a fast-growing SaaS companyChain Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of operational supply chain challenges (shipper pain points, yard management, multimodal logistics)Technical Hands-On Ability: Comfort with or equivalent tools to be able to quickly build prototypesProficiency in SQL and Python to independently explore data and insightsCustomer-Facing Skills: Ability to engage with enterprise customers and translate needs into productsSelf-Starter Mindset: Thrives in ambiguity, identifies opportunities without waiting for briefsBS in math, statistics, economics, engineering or a quantitative discipline. MBA preferred but not requiredSoft SkillsHunger to Learn & Collaborate: Given the emerging nature of our data products, we require someone with passion, curiosity, and the ability to work closely with technical teams, customers, and other product managers to co-create value.Proactive Problem-Solving Mindset: This is not a traditional, directive role.
