commercial cleaning positions in

Finneytown

Starting rate is $16/hr.

We are interviewing for other locations include

Indian Hill and Mariemont

The Finneytown position is

7:00 am - 3:30 pm M-F

All fulltime employees are eligible for the Ohio state

pension, health insurance and our 401(k) plan.

We are looking for professional, enthusiastic, detail oriented, team players who can work both independently and within a team / group. Individual will function as on-site representative for Scarlet and Gray providing daily assistance for customers' needs. This position provides high quality general cleaning in a school facility, following a task list, organized schedule and additional non-routine cleaning requirements.

Each applicant must be able to pass BCI and FBI

background checks to work in schools.

General Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to work with a team to achieve the highest quality service levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work independently as needed.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes in the work requirements / schedules.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and master work tools in a safe and consistent manner.
  • Reliable transportation.

Education:

Some high school education needed.

Experience:

3+ years' experience in a similar capacity is helpful but not necessary. Company training is provided for this position.
