Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Team Lead to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations across various commercial facilities located in Cincinnati. This role is vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. As a Team Lead, you will deliver exceptional service, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and uphold the company's reputation for cleanliness and professionalism. Duties

  • Provide coverage for daily cleaning activities across multiple commercial sites, including offices, manufacturing, and medical venues as needed
  • Train cleaning staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures
  • Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness levels, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and deliver inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
  • Address client concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently to maintain excellent relationships
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial roles
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, laundry services, and hospitality standards
  • Experience within a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to organize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
