We are a 100% virtual practice that serves our clients through telehealth. The position will be completely remote.

Job description:

We are looking to grow our practice with individuals who are excited to assist our growing clientele. We welcome LGBTQIA+ folx, therapists who want to show up as their authentic selves (no need to hide tattoos, piercings, or colored hair here).

InclusiFlora is built upon being neuroaffirmative, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, trauma-informed, and culturally competent for all (BIPOC affirmative and allied). We focus on working with trauma, LGBTQIA+, and folx making neurodivergence work for them, specialty with religious trauma, self-harm, couples counseling, BPD, grief, anxiety, and depression.

Role Description:

This is a contract remote role for a Mental Health Counselor. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for providing counseling services to clients, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and offering support and guidance. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensure or certification as an LPC. Clinician must be able to provide clinical services according to their licensure statutes.
  • Experience in providing individual and group counseling
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Empathy, compassion, and the ability to establish rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of ethical standards and confidentiality regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Experience in telehealth or online counseling is a plus

Compensation:

Clinician's compensation will be based on experience and licensure but is a split percentage of every session starting at 60%. Clinicians will be provided with:
