We're looking for an experienced
General Manager
who can command a dining room like it's a stage. With quiet confidence, flawless taste, and the ability to make excellence feel effortless. This isn't just a role.   • Proven track record in fine dining or luxury hospitality:
    experience leading high-volume, high-profile dining rooms or luxury hotel restaurants where elevated service standards are non-negotiable.
  • Polished leadership presence:
    the ability to command a room with quiet confidence, engaging effortlessly with VIP guests, diplomats, executives, and discerning clientele.
  • Team development at the highest level:
    experience mentoring, and inspiring polished, professional staff to deliver seamless, anticipatory service.
  • Operational excellence with refined detail:
    expertise in P&L management, labor controls, and service systems that protect profitability while enhancing the guest experience.
  • Luxury brand mindset:
