What You'll Do

Be the trusted professional clients count on:

  • Communicate directly with the IRS to conduct investigations, order transcripts, and identify issues.
  • Negotiate with the IRS for levy releases, payment plans, and settlements.
  • Prepare, review, and file resolution programs such as Offers in Compromise, CNC, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, Lien Releases/Subordinations, and Audit Reconsiderations.
  • Analyze client financials and recommend the most effective path toward resolution.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline efficiently and accurately.

What You Bring

  • Active Enrolled Agent license with at least 2 year of hands-on tax resolution experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational accuracy.
  • Knowledge of IRS Fresh Start Programs.
  • The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (no weekends)
  • 40 hours per week with occasional flexibility
  • Paid holidays and scheduled time off
