About Pinyon

Opening in Old Town Scottsdale, Pinyon is Hi Noon's newest concept—an elevated, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant shaped by travels across Turkey, Italy, France, Malta, Spain, Morocco, and Greece. Set along the park with a beautiful patio for alfresco dining, Pinyon brings together house-made pita, crudos, fresh pastas, wood-fired dishes, seasonal salads, and vibrant spreads, creating a fresh, sophisticated dining experience rooted in warmth and community.

The Role: Server

As a Server at Pinyon, you become a key part of our guests' experience—bringing knowledge, hospitality, and energy to every table. You'll guide guests through a menu full of Mediterranean flavors, showcase thoughtful pairings, and thrive in a team-service environment built around excellence and support.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests genuinely and set a warm, polished tone
     
  • Guide guests through a menu inspired by coastal Europe and North Africa
     
  • Work within a true team-service model—everyone supports every table
     
  • Deliver dishes and drinks with precision, speed, and attention to detail
     
  • Use Toast to take orders and process payments accurately
     
  • Anticipate needs before guests even ask
     
  • Maintain a clean, elegant dining room and service areas
     
  • Stay poised and productive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
     
What You Bring
  • Experience in high-volume or upscale dining preferred
     
  • Clear, confident communication skills
