About the Role:

The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position involves supporting the serving staff by preparing tables, refilling drinks, and assisting with food service, all while maintaining a clean and organized environment. The Server Assistant is responsible for anticipating the needs of both guests and servers, which enhances overall service efficiency. By effectively communicating with the kitchen and front-of-house staff, the Server Assistant helps to ensure that orders are delivered accurately and promptly. Ultimately, this role contributes to the restaurant's reputation for excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Food Handler's Certification.
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
  • Refill beverages and provide additional support to guests as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Help with the preparation of food items and assist in the presentation of dishes.
