Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a Marketing Director who is fully responsible for the execution, delivery, and management of all in-house marketing services for the market center and its 200+ agents. This role requires a highly organized, creative professional with strong production skills, excellent communication, and the ability to independently manage a high volume of marketing requests in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities

Marketing Production & Agent Services

  • Manage and maintain the in-house marketing website
  • Fulfill marketing requests for 200+ agents, including:
  • Open House signage
  • Buyer and Listing presentations
  • Postcard and print marketing designs
  • Email signature designs
  • Monthly newsletters that integrate into the company's CRM
  • Create custom marketing materials for top-producing agents
  • Complete all in-house printing, binding, and finishing of marketing materials

Design & Brand Execution

  • Create, organize, update, and maintain all templated designs in Canva
  • Design seasonal, campaign-based, and ongoing branded graphics
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials

CRM & Technology

  • Execute agent marketing initiatives within the Company's CRM
  • Utilize the company's flagship Canva partnership to deliver templated marketing solutions efficiently

Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Execute and manage external social media presence
  • Create branded social media graphics and written content aligned with company standards
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across designated platforms
  • Support market center initiatives, events, and services through strategic social media content
  • Maintain consistency in voice, branding, and messaging across all channels

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Canva (required)
  • Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization, accountability, and follow-through
  • Comfortable working autonomously while supporting a large agent population
  • Experience in real estate marketing, CRM systems, or in-house marketing roles preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59, $71,788.60 per year
