About Us
We are Long Island Egress Pros, a fast-growing retrofit specialist focused on basement egress window wells and installation solutions for homeowners, contractors and builders. We're looking to build a strong contractor-sales channel and need a field-sales professional to develop, nurture and grow our partner network.
Position Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and building relationships with contractors, builders, and renovation/retrofit firms in the region.
- Visiting contractors in person, conducting presentations of our egress window well systems and installation services.
- Introducing our contractor program (training, pricing, scheduling, referral fees) and enrolling new partners.
- Managing a defined territory: scheduling visits, follow-ups, managing pipeline, tracking progress.
- Working closely with our marketing & dispatch teams to convert contractor partner leads into installations.
- Achieving growth targets: number of enrolled contractors, partner-sales installations, revenue from partner channel.
- Representing the company professionally in the field, building credibility, and maintaining strong contractor satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold and warm outreach to contractors and builder networks.
- In-person meetings at contractor offices or job sites.
- Presenting our product/service offering, value proposition, and partner program.
- Negotiating partner agreements, referral structures, pricing and scheduling.
- Managing CRM entries (tracking contacts, meetings, follow-ups) and reporting progress.
- Territory planning: mapping out target prospects, scheduling visits, optimizing route/time.
- Maintaining a pipeline and closing partner enrollments.
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure partner success and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in outside/field sales (preferably B2B, contractor or construction-services channel) — or strong evidence of transferable outside sales success.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, able to operate with autonomy, manage schedule and territory.
- Strong prospecting, closing and negotiation skills (e.g., enrolling partners, signing agreements).
- Familiarity or willingness to learn CRM usage, pipeline management, territory mapping.
- Ability to visit clients/contractors onsite within the region (travel within Long Island, occasional job-site visits).
- Comfortable presenting technical/installation solutions, explaining value of egress window systems and contractor program.
- Comfortable with performance-based goals and building a channel from the ground up.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with contractors or the building industry (builders, remodelers, basement finishing, windows/egress systems).
- Existing network or contacts in the contractor/builder community on Long Island.
- Demonstrated track record of recruiting partners or channel-sales.

Pay: $71, $191,100.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
