Production Manager

IKON Windows and Doors is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to lead the efficient, profitable, and high-quality execution of all fenestration projects. Reporting to the Integrator, this is a critical leadership role responsible for the entire production lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on financial performance and team accountability. Key responsibilities include leading, managing, and holding production teams accountable (LMA), overseeing job pipeline management, monitoring job margins to ensure profitability, conducting site audits for safety and quality compliance, and approving all labor bills. This role is central to driving the company's operational success by building a high-performing team and enforcing the consistent processes that align with our vision for quality and efficiency.

• Job Pipeline Management:

• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all production jobs.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

• Job Margins:

• Monitor and analyze job costs to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve job margins.
• Provide regular reports on job profitability and financial performance.

• Work with procurement to ensure cost effective purchasing of materials.

• Site Audits:

• Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards or quality issues.
• Document audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure that sites are kept clean and organized.

• Labor Bill Approvals:

• Review and approve labor bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project budgets.
• Monitor labor costs and identify potential discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses.
• Resolve any labor bill disputes promptly and efficiently.
