We are seeking passionate and energetic fitness professionals to join our coaching team at X⁴ Fitness Birmingham X⁴ is a group fitness gym offering 50-minute instructor-led workouts in fun, challenging classes that change every day. Our goal is to make incorporating fitness into our members' busy lives as easy as possible so they can get in, workout, and get back out to the lives they love. The only requirements are commitment and effort. We pride ourselves in not just valuing our community, but valuing each member as an individual. Our purpose is to help them feel strong in their workouts so they can feel powerful in their lives outside of the gym.

Position Overview: As a Coach at X⁴ Fitness, you are responsible for delivering exceptional workout experiences to members in alignment with X⁴ coaching standards. You play a critical role in motivating members, maintaining high energy in the studio, and ensuring that each class is safe, effective, and inspiring. You are expected to show up prepared, engage fully, and contribute to a results-driven studio culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach group fitness classes to X⁴ standards, providing clear instruction, energy, and individualized attention to all members.

  • Prepare for each class in advance using the provided platform and coaching materials to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Maintain a current CPR/AED and First Aid certification as a condition of employment.

  • Receive and apply feedback from the General Manager and Fitness Director to continuously grow and improve performance.

  • Attend all team meetings and quarterly development workshops to remain aligned with brand standards and coaching best practices.

  • Clean the studio after each coaching block, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and studio cleanliness standards are maintained.

  • Quality and consistency of class delivery

  • Preparedness and professionalism

  • Member feedback and satisfaction

  • Engagement in meetings and development workshops

  • Adherence to cleanliness and safety standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
