We're now expanding our global delivery footprint and seeking a
Senior Product Manager
to anchor our US-based product operations and help translate vision into execution for our AI platform,
gameLM
.

The Role

This is a
hands-on, delivery-focused product leadership role
based in our New York / New Jersey hub, operating in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days per week in office). You'll coordinate roadmap execution across distributed AI and engineering teams, ensure quality and alignment, and help turn founder-level vision into tangible outcomes.

Working closely with the Co-Founders, CTO, and engineering teams, you'll drive execution, prioritization, and release readiness across a global team spanning the US, UK, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into execution
    – Work with CPO/CTO to turn product vision into quarterly goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Own roadmap delivery
    – Manage product backlogs, sprint priorities, and release schedules across multi-zone teams.
  • Champion product quality
    – Partner with QA and Engineering to meet AI accuracy thresholds and UX standards.
  • Monitor AI performance
    – Collaborate with Evals and QA to track hallucination incidents and model reliability.
  • Stay customer-aligned
    – Work with Customer Success and POC teams to feed implementation insights into the roadmap.
  • Use data to drive impact
    – Connect AI performance metrics to product KPIs.
  • Run discovery sprints
    – Lead validation of new features, integrations, and AI enhancements.
  • Report clearly
    – Provide structured updates to leadership on delivery progress and trade-offs.

About You

— driven, structured, and passionate about building AI products that scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in product management (SaaS, gaming, or AI-driven tech).
  • Strong background in agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working with distributed technical teams across time zones.
  • Familiarity with QA processes and AI evaluation metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to connect metrics to product outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Bonus: exposure to CRM, customer service, or messaging-platform integrations.
  • Passion for gaming, sports, or AI innovation is a plus.
