Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Create and maintain modular, data-driven, and reusable Tosca components.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to define test strategies and ensure coverage.
  • Perform UI, API, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce platforms and integrated applications.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.) to enable continuous testing.
  • Analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with development teams to drive resolution.
  • Support test data management, environment setup, and maintenance of test repositories.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Document and implement best practices for Salesforce automation using Tosca.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in software QA, with 3+ years in test automation using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing — including custom objects, workflows, Apex triggers, and Lightning components.
  • Proficiency in Tosca Commander, Tosca XScan, and TestCase Design for Salesforce environments.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce data model and API testing (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience integrating Tosca with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git/Bitbucket.
  • Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
