Job Description

As a Security Officer - Flex Armed Patrol in Everett, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Your role includes monitoring premises, providing exceptional customer service, and responding to incidents as needed. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unwanted behavior.Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers with directions and general information as needed.Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when required.Follow all Allied Universal protocols and procedures specific to armed patrol posts within financial institution locations.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security experience.Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.CPR Certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
