Job Summary And Description
Oversees the implementation, execution, and evaluation of Experiential Learning opportunities through employer and community partnerships to ensure every student will have an Experiential Learning experience by graduation.

Reports to Dean of Student Success (Colleges)/Director of Career Resources and Services (DSO).

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Four years of experience coordinating activities, programs and/or projects.
  • Direct experience developing new program partnerships with employers, community partnership programs, and/or workforce development programs.
  • Two years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Advising leadership experience in a higher education environment.
  • Six years of experience coordinating advising activities, programs and/or projects, including employee supervision and development.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must possess Level III Career Navigator Certification or be able to obtain certification within 12 months of hire.
  • Must be trained in key competencies as defined by Student Success leadership within 12 months of hire.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization's insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
