Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and govern a portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Lead and run SCRUMs at the portfolio level, ensuring Agile best practices are followed across teams.
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain process maps and workflows based on business and operational needs.
  • Drive stakeholder management, including engagement, expectation setting, and alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Own communication management, ensuring timely, clear, and effective communication across all program stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Oversee schedule management, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
  • Ensure processes and program execution comply with Manufacturing Compliant Handling standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Manager, Program Manager, or Portfolio Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies, including portfolio-level SCRUM execution.
  • Expertise in process mapping and process improvement techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder, communication, and risk management skills.
  • Experience in schedule planning and program tracking.
  • Domain knowledge in Manufacturing Compliant Handling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Agile (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) or Project/Program Management (PMP, PgMP).
  • Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise process frameworks and governance models.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $60.00 per hour
