A career that lets your passion shine

As Director of Finance, you will lead and inspire the Finance team, ensuring all financial standards are met and records are meticulously maintained. You will analyze and interpret financial data to provide valuable insights on business performance, including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, and projected revenues. Acting as a strategic advisor to the General Manager, Ownership representative, and Corporate team, you will oversee budget and forecasting processes, optimize working capital, and manage cash flow statements and projections to support the hotel's financial success.

What you will bring to the role

Your proven expertise in preparing and analyzing financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets will ensure accurate and insightful reporting. With exceptional attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision-making. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively makes you a trusted partner across all departments.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary:  Based on experience and qualifications, salary range $130,000 - $150,000
