Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Concord, NH. This fully in-office role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and providing support across various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiline phone systems, basic computer skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: Concord, NH
Position Type: Fully In-Office
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Please note: This is a contracted position with the possibility for permanent placement. 

How you'll make an impact
  • Serve as backup for the receptionist, including managing the switchboard and processing daily mail.
  • Provide coverage during lunch breaks and vacations for team members.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, including breakroom essentials.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for printers, scanners, and other equipment needs. 
  • Handle mailing certificates and ID cards.
  • Assist with transferring advertising invoices for processing.
  • Maintain and manage expense accounts.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate expense account handling.
  • Perform shredding of documents and other odd projects as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to relieve team members of additional tasks.
About You

Must-Haves:

  • Experience using a multiline phone system.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
