Position Overview:

We're seeking a motivated 
Office & Marketing Assistant
 to help manage administrative tasks and coordinate marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization and communication, and wants to grow with an established company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily office operations, scheduling, and client communication
  • Prepare and organize project documents, reports, and invoices
  • Support marketing initiatives including social media management and posting project updates
  • Coordinate meetings on behalf of the team
  • Help design basic marketing materials such as flyers or proposals
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a office setting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Degree or associate's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus (not required)
