Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate reservations, room assignments, and billing details accurately to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain clear communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
  • Conduct daily procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle guest interactions professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time
