We're looking for a UX/UI designer to create clear, simple, and effective user experiences for AI-driven workflows and demo projects. You'll focus on building practical interfaces that clearly communicate ideas without overcomplicating features. You'll work closely with engineers and data teams to bring prototypes and client-facing demos to life.

As a UX/UI Designer for Agentic AI Experiences, you will:

• Lead design for AI-driven interfaces, including chat interactions, tool integrations, and error handling/feedback mechanisms
• Turn business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes; iterate quickly with stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
• Work closely with developers to evaluate feasibility, provide design specs, assets, and interaction details, and conduct usability testing
• Maintain and expand a lightweight design system (components, patterns, and tokens) for consistency and reuse across teams or regions
• Focus on simplicity and clarity: prioritize key tasks, reduce interface clutter, and manage scope through clear design decisions
• Deliver polished prototypes and demos for both internal teams and client presentations, ensuring responsiveness and basic accessibility standards
• Gather feedback and usage data to continuously refine interfaces and improve user experience
• Collaborate with sales, enablement, and other teams to create reusable demo kits and presentation assets

You could be a great fit as a UX/UI Designer if you:

• 2–4 years of experience designing production-ready or demo interfaces, ideally including chatbots, AI tools, or generative AI workflows
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with experience using rapid prototyping tools
• Ability to translate complex processes into clean, task-focused interfaces
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, concepts) to evaluate feasibility and guide practical design decisions
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines; focused on delivering functional solutions quickly
• Experience collaborating with engineers and data teams; able to provide clear design specifications, assets, and feedback to keep projects moving
• Clear communicator who can explain design choices in business terms and connect UX to outcomes
• Curious about strategy, consulting, or business workflows; eager to learn how designs impact different sectors
• Track record of quickly delivering demos or prototypes with measurable business impact
• Able to establish and maintain lightweight design systems that improve efficiency and consistency across teams
• Demonstrated ability to improve user experience and demo effectiveness through iteration and feedback
