Our client is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join their team. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Excel for variance analysis and budgets/forecasts. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in evaluating financial performance, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and presentations for management, supporting strategic insights and decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze trends in financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business outcomes and evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects to support business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (required).
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Analyst (required).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas (required).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
