Regional Inside Sales Account Manager
Hartford, SD | Full-Time | $70K (Base + Monthly Bonus)

As we continue to grow and share services, we're looking for a motivated, dependable Inside Sales Specialist to support both companies in this shared role. This unique position offers variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to make an impact across two high-performing teams. Quarterly travel between Amarillo and Oklahoma City is required to stay connected with both offices and teams.

Your Potential

What You'll Be Doing
- Following up with homeowners who've received estimates from our Design Specialists team or service techs.
- Helping them feel confident in their decision to move forward with their project.
- Saving at-risk jobs by offering clear answers, empathy, and trustworthy solutions.
- Turning follow-ups into booked jobs while supporting our overall inside sales goals.
- Keeping accurate records and working alongside our Customer Care, Production, and Service teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Identify trends in customer experience and communicate that to sales director.
What You Bring To The Table
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using computer systems and sales tools
- A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a team-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED preferred
