We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will also have the luxury of tapping into the REO world to take on Bank/Company owned listing through our network that has been created strictly within our group.

Responsibilities:

-Perform BPO's for Assest Managers

- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences

- Conduct property showings and provide tours to potential buyers

- Assist clients in negotiating offers and counteroffers

- Prepare and present purchase agreements and contracts

- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals

- Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time

- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and changes in fair housing regulations

- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and attorneys, to facilitate smooth transactions

- Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients and promote listings

Reach Earnings of $50,000-$90,000+ in Your First Year - If you utilize the system productively
