We are currently looking to hire a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and be responsible for driving revenue and customer growth by discovering, qualifying, building relationships, negotiating, and onboarding new clients.

Main Responsibilities of Account Executive (AE)Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing close sales support to our Sales, Channel, and Distribution teams
- Delivering monthly new sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities generated by your Sales Development (SDR) colleagues as well as your own prospecting
- Nurturing prospective clients through the full sales process from product demonstration to trial and close
- Building and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales and post-sales cycles
- Lead consultative sales conversations to understand the client's EV charging requirements, including uptime, energy resilience, emissions reduction, priority markets, and sustainability goals
- Contributing to the growth and development of our product by providing feedback from conversations with your customers and prospects
- Engaging with the Sales and business leadership to coordinate marketing and sales activities
- Updating the CRM database (Hubspot) to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups
- At least 4+ years of prior experience in full-cycle sales selling B2B SaaS with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- You have experience in negotiating and closing SaaS deals of all sizes and managing complex sales cycles of 4-6 months.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
- You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Hubspo).
- You are results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player.
- Strong Communication Skills – ability to clearly convey value propositions to clients.
- Negotiation Expertise – skilled in securing favorable terms while maintaining relationships.
- Sales Strategy Development – identifying new opportunities and executing plans to win them.
- Relationship Management – building trust and rapport with clients over time.
- Industry Knowledge – understanding trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- CRM Proficiency – using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage leads and track progress.
- Problem-Solving Abilities – providing creative solutions to client challenges.
- Time Management – balancing multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
