The Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need may be required. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
