Join Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart and innovative building technologies, as a Life Safety Sprinkler Service Sales Rep in our Fire Protection Products division. In this role, you'll harness your expertise in fire safety systems to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction by helping clients enhance their building safety and compliance. Your role is paramount in helping us meet client needs with cutting-edge solutions that align with our mission for sustainability and efficiency in building environments. Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships within the fire safety and sprinkler service market. Leverage technical knowledge of fire protection systems to propose tailored solutions to clients. Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate sales proposals and contracts. Collaborate with technical service teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Stay abreast of industry regulations and technology advancements to ensure compliance and offer the most current solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets, and provide regular performance and forecast reports to management. Strong understanding of NFPA codes and standards. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficient with sales CRM software and MS Office. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) preferred. Relevant sales or industry-specific certifications are a plus.
