Position Description: Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite or Hybrid) Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 Base Salary OTE: $75,000 Type: Full-Time Amplify HR is growing, and were looking for a motivated, people-centered Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our client base and introduce businesses to our PEO solutions. As our newest team member, youll help drive growth by creating new opportunities, setting qualified appointments, and representing Amplify HR with professionalism, kindness, and resilience. If you enjoy connecting with people, are energized by outbound outreach, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is a perfect fit.
