Join Cook Inlet Housing as a Community Director Supervisor and play a vital role in supporting residents, mentoring staff, and optimizing property operations. Make an Impact: Collaborate with residents and staff to create safe, welcoming, and vibrant communities. Drive Success: Oversee property operations, financial performance, and compliance while contributing to strategic initiatives. Team Player: Work closely with maintenance, eligibility, and engagement teams to streamline processes and elevate the resident experience. What We’re Looking For: A proven leader with at least 4 years of property management or related experience. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building positive relationships. Familiarity with property management software, HUD, and affordable housing regulations (LIHTC experience a plus). A team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
