Job Description Job Description About the Role The Director of Guest Experience & Growth will oversee all aspects of club operations, from client engagement and membership growth to staff leadership and local partnerships. This person should have a deep understanding of the Miami lifestyle and wellness scene, be well-connected in the community, and have the confidence to build relationships with high-profile clientele and local brands. We’re seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit—someone who not only manages systems but builds momentum. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving membership sales, generating leads, and converting opportunities into loyal, long-term clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, performance, and profitability Drive consistent membership and revenue growth through proactive outreach, community engagement, and partnership initiatives Manage, mentor, and develop team members to uphold a culture of professionalism and service excellence Oversee budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics Ensure the club maintains a seamless luxury experience across every client touchpoint Build and sustain strategic relationships within the Miami Beach community to enhance visibility and brand equity Collaborate with ownership and marketing teams to execute creative activations and long-term growth strategies Qualifications 5 years of leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or luxury service industries Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and membership targets Demonstrated success in lead generation, community partnerships, and client conversion Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to daily operations Deep understanding of Miami’s luxury, lifestyle, and wellness markets Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest experience excellence Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
