Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager (Tax Credit) to oversee daily operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and maintain strong financial performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in property management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained community Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations Supervise and support on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance teams Ensure compliance with fair housing, company policies, and local regulations Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and control expenses Handle vendor coordination, contract management, and property inspections Resolve resident concerns professionally and in a timely manner Ensure units are turned, marketed, and leased efficiently to maintain occupancy goals Qualifications: 2 years of property management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Experience with leasing, collections, and financial reporting Knowledge of Fair Housing and local housing regulations Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, Onesite, etc.) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable transportation and ability to work on-call as needed Company Description Contact: Kristian or Shaunaci Call or Text: 504-910-3333 or 832-908-2222 Looking to hire immediately nwstaffingasst@certifiedapartmentstaffing.com Company Description Contact: Kristian or Shaunaci
