A national law firm with a strong insurance defense practice is seeking an experienced Bad Faith Litigation Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience, with a background in insurance defense or coverage matters strongly preferred. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while handling complex and high-value cases for leading insurance carriers. Responsibilities Defend insurers in bad faith and coverage litigation mattersDraft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courtsManage discovery, including depositions and expert preparationDevelop litigation strategy in alignment with client goalsRepresent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials as neededMaintain strong client communication and deliver timely case updates Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive license in good standing with at least one U.S. state barMinimum of 2 years of litigation experience; insurance defense or coverage experience preferredExceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to manage multiple matters independently in a remote environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills Location This position is fully remote. Some travel may be required for depositions, hearings, or trials.
