Job Responsibilities Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and center-based settingMentor and support RBTs, modeling best practices and assisting with training/supervisionCollaborate closely with BCBAs on treatment planning, assessments, and parent trainingAssist with client programming, data analysis, and material developmentLead small group activities and provide session coverage when neededMaintain professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication with families and staff Why Abacus?
