We’re seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about ABA, eager to take on leadership opportunities, and ready to advance toward BCBA certification. Job Responsibilities Provide high‑quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and center‑based settings. Mentor and support RBTs, modeling best practices and assisting with training and supervision. Collaborate closely with BCBAs on treatment planning, assessments, and parent training. Assist with client programming, data analysis, and material development. Lead small group activities and provide session coverage when needed. Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication with families and staff. Qualifications Current active RBT certification. At least 1 year of ABA experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Actively pursuing or planning to pursue a Master’s degree in ABA (preferred). Reliable transportation; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
