We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative who will guide clients through their benefits programs, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.Maintain records and documentation to company standardsBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with clientsWork with team members to ensure efficiency and complianceStrong verbal and oral communication skills Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the United StatesExperience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration preferredProficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentationExcellent organizational abilities with a strong focus on accurate documentationSkilled in clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, in EnglishTeam-oriented and self-motivated.
