Experience performing routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. Adherence to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and quality standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting. Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., welding, HVAC, hydraulics). Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
